Terms & Conditions Well, things being as they
are, I guess we need to put in some terms and conditions for
this site, or at least some guidelines for using the Ten
Million Dollar Travel Page. So to save any confusion, here
are is a brief outline of the terms and conditions of using
this site...
All
advertisements placed on the Ten Million Dollar
Travel Page are required to be travel, tourism or
hospitality industry based in nature. This includes
(but is not limited to) travel agents, wholesalers,
operators, attractions, airlines, accommodation,
theme parks, tours, cruises, day trips,
restaurants, tourist offices or any other business
associated with the travel, tourism or hospitality
industry. Any
advertisements ordered which are deemed
inappropriate material or outside the scope of the
Ten Million Dollar Travel Page will not be
approved. As an approved
advertiser, you are granted the right to submit an
image and a link which will then be published,
subject to approval by the Ten Million Dollar
Travel Page. It does not mean that you own any part
of this site or acquire any other
rights. The image you
supply must be in either GIF, PNG or JPG format and
must not exceed a size of 550x1820 pixels. The
minimum width and minimum height able to be
purchased is 10 pixels, therefore the minimum
dimensions are 10x10 pixels. Animated images are
not accepted. The URL you
supply must be a complete and valid link to your
advertised website, eg:
http://www.myurl.com/mypage.html. Affliliate based
links are acceptable. Images & URLs
are permitted to be changed once submitted. Any
changes will be subject to further approval by the
Ten Million Dollar Travel Page before
publication. Once your image
and link are accepted and published on the site,
the deal is considered completed, and as such is
non refundable. Obscene/offensive/adult
images or links will not be accepted on the Ten
Million Dollar Travel Page. Should you change the
content of your linked site to show
offensive/obscene/adult material after the
image/link has been accepted on the Ten Million
Dollar Travel Page, your ad will be removed from
the site until you are able to provide a new one.
There will be no refund whatsoever. If requested,
your image and link can be removed from the site at
a later stage, if so requested by the authorised
person who supplied them. However, there will be no
refund. Any party who
submits an image and link are liable for their
authority and all involved rights (copyright,
etc). The advertising
charge equals the number of pixels of the image you
submit (in US$). However, you can only buy
quantities which are a multiple of 100 pixels
(10x10 pixel blocks). Funds must be
fully received and cleared before your image and
link will be approved and published to the Ten
Million Dollar Travel Page. Once the funds
have cleared, your image and link will be published
to the Ten Million Dollar Travel Page within 48
hours. The domain for
the Ten Million Dollar Travel Page site has been
purchased for 10 years, which means the site will
be online until at least January 2016, whereupon
the domain will be subject to renewal for a further
10 years. Limits Of
Liability The Ten Million
Dollar Travel Page acts only as a publisher of
links and information provided by third parties
offering a product or service to introduce and
match buyers and sellers on the Ten Million Dollar
Travel Page website. The Ten Million
Dollar Travel Page takes no responsibility for the
accuracy of the descriptions supplied by
advertisers, including but not limited to mistakes,
omissions or misprints. The Ten Million
Dollar Travel Page does not act as auctioneer or
seller of any goods in relation to any potential
sale and as such will not and cannot procure a
binding contract with any buyer for any seller.
The Ten Million
Dollar Travel Page does not vet, authorise or
endorse the reliability, accuracy or completeness
of any information that is provided on the Ten
Million Dollar Travel Page website or any site
linked to it, nor does it vet, authorise or endorse
any sale, seller or buyer. The Ten Million
Dollar Travel Page does not and cannot warrant the
identity or the bona fides of any buyer or
seller. The Ten Million
Dollar Travel Page does not and cannot provide any
representation or warranty in relation to any goods
or services posted on the the Ten Million Dollar
Travel Page website including (but not limited to)
any representation or warranty that the goods or
services are of merchantable quality, fit for the
purpose intended, safe for the purpose intended,
are as described by the seller or are owned by the
seller. The Ten Million
Dollar Travel Page will not be liable for any lost
profit or any direct, indirect, incidental, special
or consequential loss or damage (including but not
limited to economic damages) incurred, arising out
